Before planting Beracah Faith Ministries International in Temecula, CA., Glenn and Cheryl Frazier pastored Abundant Life World Outreach (Formerly Gospel Palace Ministries) of Cleveland, Ohio for seventeen years. God has given them a mandate to raise up leaders who are "people of influence and integrity" for service in the Kingdom of God. They are commissioned to reach the lost at any cost. Both Glenn and Cheryl grew up in the Baptist Church where Glenn was called to the ministry in 1972 at Second Lakeview Baptist Church, where the late Rev. W.C. Crayton was pastor. They later joined Prayer Temple Church of God in Christ in 1973 under the pastorate of the late Elder James Boyd, Jr. There they remained with the Church of God in Christ organization until they started the Ministry of Gospel Palace as a nondenominational independent church in August of 1983.
Pastor Frazier attended the East Cleveland Bible Institute and Cuyahoga Community College. Glenn received his broadcast training from the Columbia School of Broadcasting before working for radio station WJMO 1490 AM as a Gospel Announcer and religious affairs director. Pastor Frazier moved to WABQ Radio 1540 AM and served as production manager and program director. He was soon promoted to Station Manager and remained there until he resigned in January of 1990. He was also a co-producer for the weekly Gospel television program entitled Celebration, which aired each Sunday morning on TV Channel Eight.
Glenn is also a playwright as well as the composer of several songs of praise and worship. Pastor Frazier has also written two books, THE SECRET TO WHY PRAYERS ARENT ANSWERED and his latest book, GOD SOUNDS LIKE MY WIFE. He is a teacher/preacher of the Word of God and previously served as the Dean of the Zoe Bible Institute as well as an instructor in Cleveland. Pastor Frazier has traveled throughout the United States and parts of Canada declaring the delivering power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In August of 1995, Pastor Frazier was consecrated to the office of Bishop by the late Bishop Bill McKinney and the late Bishop Quander Wilson. Additionally, Bishop Frazier formerly served as the President of the Faith Community United Credit Union in Cleveland. After serving in that office for two years, and on the board of directors for more than six years, he resigned his office to relocate to Southern California to plant Beracah Faith Ministries International. Faith Community United Credit Union is the largest minority owned financial institution in the state of Ohio. Bishop Frazier and Pastor Cheryl are currently submitted to Apostle Steve and Olivia Foreman of Abundant Life Church of Christ in Richmond, VA.
Cheryl also previously served as Co-Pastor of Abundant Life World Outreach (Gospel Palace Ministries) in Cleveland, Ohio. She is truly an anointed psalmist and evangelist traveling across the United States and parts of Canada and Europe. As she ministers in song, people are delivered from demon oppression and depression and have received physical healing as the anointing of God flows through her. Cheryls audio cassette album entitled Remember, is blessing thousands across the country and in Europe, with songs of encouragement, inspiration and deliverance. Pastor Cheryl received her ministry training through the Ashland Theological Seminary special course with Certificates from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.
Bishop Glenn and Cheryl have two fine and gifted sons, Glenn Jr. (Mann) and Kevin, who assisted them in the ministry as church musicians. They have two daughters-in-law, Tracy (Glenn Jr.'s wife), and Tomorrow (Kevin's wife). Bishop and Sister Frazier are also the proud grandparents of Denzel, Taj, Ty and Tazz Frazier, who are the sons of Glenn (Mann) and Tracy, and Melody and Myson Frazier, the daughter and son of Kevin and Tomorrow.
